RETURN POLICY

Updated Dec 1 2006

I warrantee all my products to be free of defect, and will fix or replace as needed.  If I can not supply you with the product that I have promised to deliver, you are welcome to a full refund if you return it in the same condition as you received it.

I make every pedal TO ORDER.  My warranty cannot extend to the following scenarios...

"I really need cash"

Here's the thing, so do I. I have bills to pay and parts to buy, and most of my revenue from these pedals goes to buying parts, R&D on new designs, and keeping the business afloat. I have to pay my assistant, and she depends on this business for her livelihood. Unfortunately, that means that my business can't cover financial problems that may arise for my customers after they've purchased one of my pedals. My best advice would be to use eBay or classifieds (such as The Gear Page). It should not take more than a day or two to for you to re-sell your pedal.

"It's not what I'm looking for"

If I have described a product in a misleading way or sold you a dud, you're certainly entitled to a refund. However, I'm not able to give refunds if you've simply changed your mind about purchasing the exact product you wanted when you made the purchase. I'm a small business with very limited working capital, and I can't afford to support the same types of return policies as volume retailers like Guitar Center. Buying back pedals from customers who change their minds will break my business if it happens often enough.

If the pedal truly does not meet with your satisfaction, then of course I will give you a refund. Rarely does this occur, and I would never want you to keep something that doesn't meet my exacting standards.

I do my best to make you a well-informed consumer and to provide the best possible product for your money. If you're not sure you can afford it or you have doubts that this is something you really want, then please do some research before placing your order.
