I modified the original circuit to mellow it out and darken it a bit, added the mid-boost toggle, and substituted a trimpot for the 2nd gain jumper (it's set just fine, don't bother adjusting).

Features an over-sized, shiny, fluted aluminum volume knob and a blue LED
